Promotion Services LLC, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Please Read this agreement carefully. It explains the obligations, limitations and exclusions of purchase.

This agreement is between Promotion Services and you, (“The Customer”). These terms are applicable to any Promotion Services LLC, Products (“The Product”).  By downloading any Promotions Services LLC Product (eg Credit Card Medic, or  Debt Warriors Arsenal), you agree to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement and you agree to be bound by it’s terms.

1. Terms and Conditions. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the terms and conditions may not be augmented, altered, or supplemented.

2. Governing Law. THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES INCLUDED SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAW OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

3.  Payment Terms. Invoices are to be paid, and confirmed prior to the delivery of the product.

4. Limitation of Liability. You agree to hold harmless, Promotion Services LLC, from any liability for use of the information contained in this course. Promotion Services LLC, does not accept liability for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages.  Promotion Services LLC, is not liable or responsible for any actions taken by the purchaser.

5. Refund and Exchange Policy. Purchase price of  Promotion Services LLC,  Products are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Promotion Services LLC, will replace or exchange any product, provided the Customer notify Promotion Services LLC, in writing within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Copyright Notice: All sound, images, and figures used in these course materials may be copyrighted. Therefore, this material should only be used for information purposes only.  These materials may not be copied or distributed for profit.

7. Confidentiality: Unless stated otherwise in writing, Promotion Services LLC and the Customer agree to keep  confidential all discussions, phone converstions, emails, and purchase activities.
